Does anyone else think that every owner should be required to have their contact info posted. Obviously not everyone needs to post a phone number, even though this is usually the easiest way to schedule a game. I just don't like having an upcoming game and having absolutely no way to contact the opponent other than PSN. Especially since a lot of members seem to not be checking the forums frequently. This is causing the game scheduling forum to become somewhat irrelevant.

Hence the rule all games are to be scheduled via the forums. You are not supposed to schedule any games via the PSN because if you do and the other guy doesnt show, you have no recourse. If you do it via the forums and he doesnt show, all you have to do is wait 15 mnutes, and contact the commish, and then you get to play the computer right then and there. No waiting until the last day. If you try to schedule via the forums and no response, you get to play the computer on the day of simulation, before they sim. Just stay in contact with Bobbyday about the situation. This is why we made this rule, to get the owners to check the forums and schedule their games so that no one is waiting.

I understand that, I must have not made myself clear. I have posted every game to the scheduling forum but after four weeks of play and one bye, it appears as if I will be forced to play my fourth CPU game. My point was that without an alternate form of contacting your opponent, you are forced to hope your opponent logs on or checks the forum. Which doesn't seem to be the most effective way of communicating with most of the owners. I wonder if half of the owners in the league even check the forums weekly. I'm just really getting bored playing versus the CPU in an online league is all.

I can understand that. The owners obviously dont feel that the computer playing their game is enough punishment for not scheduling the game. It is ridiculous. I am sure Bobby and I can figure something out.
